That's a lot of headache bro- Bestfriend
Evan: I can’t believe
how fast this school year is going! Josh: Yeah, that’s what happens when you
stay busy constantly. Evan: I know, but a part of me really misses the old days
when I was still in Jr. High or High School and I wasn’t always working on
something. Mark: Trust me, enjoy it while you can because it only gets harder
as you get older. Evan: I was thinking the other way around
that life would be nicer once I graduate. I would have a place of my own,
hopefully I could have a girlfriend for the first time in my life and I would
have a brand new car. Josh: That being said, you have so much more
responsibilities like paying for maintenance on your house, making big car
payments and spending a lot of money on dates for your girl. Sometimes I miss
the single life. Evan: Well, at least I’ll have a job I love and not a job
where I have to constantly listen to that damn phone ring. Mark: Oh, you gotta love the phone. It’s the
only way to be at peace with the job. Customer service is not easy. Evan:
Speaking of the job, do you think we’ll ever get the chance to install some
speakers in this place so there is music to listen to? One thing I miss about
working at Hobby Lobby is that they were always playing smooth jazz during
store hours. Mark: I know what you mean, it does get dead quite in here. We
just need to find a time out of a week where we aren’t so busy to do side
projects. Evan: I bet I’ll have some time during the summer to work on it.
Mark: Absolutely, you probably want to get some extra hours this summer anyway
after spending most of your savings on a car because of the car accident. Evan:
Yeah, that was the worst day of my life and in the middle of the first week of
the semester. What a nightmare. I’ll tell you, if I’m in another car accident,
I better die next time because I don’t want to live through that kind of
experience again. I babied that car. I took care of her as if she was my
daughter and now she’s just gone. Josh: Ah, don’t worry man, things will get
better. You just need to be patient and good things will come to you. A new
car, a house and a girl.
