Josh Wakeman
Josh
started playing drums when he was in third grade. In high school, he played in
the Jazz band, symphonic band and the State Champion Marching Band. After high
school, he attended McNally School of Music in Minneapolis, Minnesota. There,
he studied music in performance and studio. During the course of his life, he
played with a variety of bands ranging from rock, jazz, funk, and blues. The
last band he was with was the (FBI) Funky Blues Institution. Besides playing
with the bands, he did a lot of studio work. For the past ten years, he has
taught drums to all grade levels and has been playing live and recording
locally. He is currently playing regularly at Granger Community Church.
